Renaissance Mall & Rif Fort
On Curaçao you can experience the hospitality of the island and the colorful buildings in the historic district of Willemstad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking across the pontoon bridge you will find The Renaissance Mall & Rif Fort. Built in 1828 to defend Willemstad's 18th-century Otrobanda neighborhood, the fort now guards a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Take the historical walking tour through our Mall and discover all about Curaçao and its heritage; the population, the languages, nature, Punda, Otrobanda and the fortresses.
The days of soldiers' rations in the Rif Fort are over. Today, the fort houses several dining options. From ribs, burgers, steak and seafood to sushi and Italian, it's all here. Whether it's a cold beer and a televised match, an evening aperitif or a glass of wine under the stars, the fort's bars have you covered.
Great entertainment, lots of fun promotions and much more!
