CaSa Di MaMa is located in the quiet residential area of Jan Thiel, approximately 900 meters from the beach. On this beach, Jan Thiel Beach, there are many cozy restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the sunset while enjoying a drink or snack. There is also the possibility to make a nice dive or, for example, to rent a catamaran. There is also a shopping center with, among other things, an Albert Heijn, a spa, a car rental company and various clothing stores.
The villa is located 100 meters from the nature reserve, the Salt Pans, where you can walk, mountain bike or jog. At 500 meters is the Caracas Bay and the Spanish Water where you can rent a boat or a surfboard. Various boats also depart from here to, among other things, the island of Klein Curaçao and the beautiful Westpunt.

In the tropical garden is a private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with a spacious pool deck with comfortable sunbeds and cozy seating areas. The garden is completely walled and closed by an electric gate.
