Fusions started in Curaçao in 1992 at Salina Galleries under the franchise name Green Mill, introducing American continental cuisine in a casual atmosphere.

Since we opened, the restaurant has developed into a thriving meeting place for both business and leisure travellers. Satisfied customers and happy employees determine our success. Yet it all starts with our menu.

Green Mill has switched to Fusions due to the increasing demand for more diverse and international recipes. In 2002, Fusions launched its first menu, a mix of international dishes with classic recipes.

We still offer hundreds of flavors to our community and remain unique even today. As the name of the restaurant describes; exquisite menu choices, wonderfully fused from around the world, to create a phenomenal FUSIONS.
