* Christmas surcharge € 25 per night applies in period December 23, 2023 to January 7, 2024 and December 21, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

Not included in the rental price
* Guaranteed late check-out (if possible) time in consultation with manager € 85,-
* Intermediate (extra) cleaning on request € 95,-
Additional costs:
* Tourist tax 7% (compulsory)
* Compulsory final cleaning € 130,-
* Water € 8,- per m3 and electricity € 0,50 per kWh. These costs are deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental period.
* We ask for a deposit of € 350,-. Within 7 days after departure, this deposit, minus consumption of water and electricity and / or any damage, will be refunded to your account.
* For stays of 22 nights or more, 1 or more intermediate cleanings are required. The exact number depends on the number of nights you stay.
